Viewing publishing job history

The Publisher retains information about the execution of each job that is run. You can view this history to check the status of a job and the consistency of the repository with its sources.

To view publishing job history:

1. In BlueCielo Application Manager, select BlueCielo Publisher 2012 in the configuration tree. The existing publishing jobs appear listed in the right pane.
2. Click the button of the right pane. The Status dialog box appears. Each job for which historical information exists is listed and information about that execution is shown in the columns.
3. To show only the job history for a specific period of time, click the button and select a time period with which to filter the job list. The list refreshes to show the matching jobs.
4. To delete the history for all jobs for a specific period of time:

1. Click the button and select a time period for which to delete job history. A confirmation dialog box appears and shows the number of history records that will be deleted.
2. Click OK. The job list refreshes to show the remaining jobs that match the current time period.

5. To refresh the job list to show jobs that have been run since the Status dialog was opened, click the button. The job list refreshes to show the remaining jobs that match the current time period.
6. When you are finished viewing job history, click Close.
